Does pre-wiring include the final equipment?
Only when listed in your quote. Cable installation, termination, testing, equipment and programming can be separate stages.
Can you work with my builder or electrician?
We can coordinate the agreed AV scope and timing. Responsibilities, access and required trade work should be clear before installation starts.
What should I keep after the work?
Ask for the agreed cable labels, endpoint notes and any available route documentation. Confirm testing and documentation deliverables in your quote.
